One of the most anticipated games of the group stage in the UEFA Champions League was, without a doubt, Barcelona's visit to Bayern München. Robert Lewandowski's return to Allianz Arena was highly expected due to the way in which the footballer left the Bavarians, and while he was gladly welcomed on social media by his former club, there were some of his former fans that were not happy to see him again.

As soon as the player stepped on the pitch, there was a hue of anticipation on how he would react when his name was mentioned in the PA system. The moment was caught on camera, and while most fans praised his return as he applauded back to them, the reception for the former Bundesliga top scorer was not unanimous.
