About Prima Sport 2
Look Sport is a Romanian television channel owned and operated by the Clever Media Group. This channel was launched on January 29, 2012 under the name Look TV. Back then, it was known as a general entertainment channel. Nevertheless, the network became a sports channel on August 31, 2018, being rebranded to Look Sport.
Since its rebranding as Look Sport, this channel has focused on airing different disciplines to attract larger viewership numbers. Some of the sports that have been aired on this channel have included football, handball, mixed martial arts, motorsports, basketball, water polo, and more. The channel has aired both domestic and international competitions to satisfy its large audience over the years.
When it comes to football, Look Sport has aired content related to domestic competitions such as Liga I, Liga II, the Romanian Cup, and the Romanian Super Cup. Other leagues that have found airtime on this channel over the years include La Liga, the Bundesliga, the Italian Serie A, Ligue 1, the Portuguese Primeira Liga, the Turkish Super Lig, the Czech First League, the Dutch Eredivisie, the Belgian Pro League, or the Scottish Premiership, to name a few.
Speaking of international club tournaments, Look Sport has also included in its programming tournaments such as the UEFA Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, or the UEFA Youth League.
Look Sport was launched as a Standard Definition channel back in the days where it was known as Look TV, but its rebranding also brought the birth of a High-Definition feed on June 19, 2020. Both feeds are still available to watch in most pay-tv carriers that have included this channel as part of their grid.
