About Mola TV App
Mola is an Indonesian video-on-demand and streaming platform owned and operated by Polytron, a subdivision of the Djarum Group. The platform was launched on August 2, 2019 under the name Mola TV, quickly became one of the most popular VOD platforms in the country due to its variety of content, which prompted the launch of an app for mobile devices.
Over the years, Mola has offered movies, sports, concerts, TV series, children’s programming, and lifestyle shows on its various feeds. The platform’s agreements to share content from channels such as HBO and Cartoon Network has added depth to its offerings, while their acquisition of broadcasting rights to some of the most popular leagues in the world has cemented its spot as one of the most relevant platforms of its kind in Asia.
When it comes to sports, Mola has made football the cornerstone of its programming, while also adding other disciplines such as American football, motorsports, athletics, boxing, golf, wrestling, mixed martials arts, golf, tennis, and basketball.
Speaking about football, Mola has streamed content for domestic club competitions such as the English Premier League, the Bundesliga, the Eredivisie, the Greek Super League, the Belgian First Division, the Primeira Liga and cup tournaments such as the English League Cup, the DFB-Pokal, and more.
