Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez, 26, time in Real Madrid is up after just one year on loan from Manchester United. The Mexican striker was the answer of Madrid to Ancelotti's will of hiring another striker to replace Alvaro Morata.
It was clear that CH14 wasn't really who the Italian manager had called for, but after bringing in Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez for €100m combined, Florentino Perez wasn't going to pay a big sum for a bigger forward. Hernandez, who was not being used by David Moyes in Manchester, faced a similar situation with Los Blancos.
For most of the first half of the season, Chicharito was seen on the bench and his time even as a substitute for Karim Benzema was really limited. He scored his first goal on September 20, 2014 against Deportivo la Coruña on the road and it was selected as the "Goal of the Month" by La Liga.
He ranked high for not having much playing time

In his last game with Real Madrid, Javier Hernandez also scored to help his team win 7-3 in front of the Santiago Bernabeu crowd against Getafe. Throughout the season, CH14 added nine goals to his name in 33 games played, including 12 as a starter.
His biggest night was against Atletico Madrid where he scored the goal that gave his team the ticket to the Semi-final of the UEFA Champions League in the 88th minute of the second leg against Atletico Madrid. It was then that his chances to stay with Los Merengues seemed like a reality.
Excellence is not an act. It's a habit CH14. Pride yourself in what you have done every day. I admire you. - Lucia Villalon (Chicharito's girlfriend)
