Javier "Chicharito" Hernández has finally left Manchester United for good, but he did not want to leave things unsaid. The Mexican striker, who recently penned a new deal with Bayer Leverkusen, shared a picture via his Instagram account, where he dedicated a few words for the club that first signed him to play in Europe.
While remembering some of his stats with the Red Devils, "Chicharito" also paid his respects to Sir Alex Ferguson, one of the most influential coaches in his career. Hernández signed his first deal with Man United in 2010, establishing himself as one of the most effective strikers in the Premier League.
Last year, coach Louis Van Gaal decided to send him on loan to Real Madrid, where he scored 9 goals for Los Blancos, including a game winning goal against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League Quarter finals. He will play for Bayer Leverkusen for the next three years.
