To close Matchday 11 in La Liga, Real Madrid will confront Levante in a match that could be very tight.

Real Madrid will look to beat Levante on November 11, 2012 Real Madrid have not beaten Levante away from home in both side’s last three encounters. This time, defeat could see Los Blancos give up early on the Spanish Primera Division title race.

Sunday’s hosts could clinch their eight straight victory in front of the home crowd. Real Madrid, meanwhile, have been inconsistent since the start of the season. Los Blancos started off slowly and this has kept them eight points under league leaders Barcelona.

They went on a victorious three-game run before stumbling to a 2-2 draw at home to Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League. Real Madrid are third with 20 points, only 3 more than Levante.

The advantages in this game are huge for Los Granotes. They could move up from sixth to fourth at the end of Matchday 11. How flattering it would be to get locked on the same number of points than giants Real Madrid!
