About Eleven Sports Network (Belgium)

Eleven Sports Network is an international sports content platform, which operates a host of linear TV channels and OTT sports platforms in various markets across the world. This includes Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Japan, Myanmar, Poland, Portugal, Taiwan, UK, Ireland and the United States.

The global network was founded in 2015 by Italian businessman Andrea Radrizzani. Since its launch, Eleven Sports has secured major soccer broadcast rights in different regions. Leagues for which the company has successfully negotiated deals in the past include the English Premier League (Taiwan - 2016) and Spanish La Liga (UK and Ireland - 2018). Other competitions worth mentioning include the UEFA Champions League in Portugal and Major League Soccer in Belgium and Luxembourg. Athletics, baseball and volleyball are part of the sports that form the cluster of other disciplines covered by the sports provider.

In 2018, Eleven Sports Network launched Watch Together, an innovative feature allowing viewers to watch live sporting events with friends and family simultaneously in a single online space – much as if they were following the action together in a room. Designed by tech company Reactoo, the interactive Watch Together feature was brought to Eleven Sports subscribers with the aim of boosting engagement.

Eleven Sports provides users with a multiscreen experience, made more immersive with full HD and 4K broadcasts. Content is vastly available on digital devices thanks to its mobile apps. Counting over 100 distribution platforms and over 30,000 hours of live sports every year, Eleven Sports has cemented its position over time as a prominent player among sports fans in need of quality action live and on demand.

Eleven Sports 4 Belgium Broadcast Rights

	Spain - La Liga (2021-2024)
	Germany - Bundesliga (2021-2025) Eleven Sports Belgium has extended their exclusive digital and broadcast rights for the Bundesliga in Belgium, following a four year deal. As per the terms of this arrangement, Eleven Sports will continue to provide TV broadcasts, as well as live-streaming and on-demand access to football matches in Germany’s top flight until the end of the 2024/2025 campaign. 	France - Ligue 1 (2021-2024) ELEVEN Belgium has secured broadcast rights for Ligue 1 until 2024 after signing a 2.5 year deal. The network provides over-the-top streaming access on both its platform as well as via its mobile app in Belgium as well as in Luxembourg. This arrangement, which is in collaboration with BeIN, has the platform streaming about seven games each matchday, while two selected matches per week feature both French and Dutch commentary and analysis.
